Back To The Fall Feels
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
The past two days, there have been skies covered in clouds. There has also been plenty of rain and snow moving through the southern half of Wyoming. Today, we begin to see a shift in our weather this week. Convenient with Wednesday being the middle of the week. We made our way up the hill of the first week of November with gloomy weather, and now the rest of the week is looking nice.
There may be a few clouds that move through the southeastern corner today, but they will be very light and will not have any precipitation along with them. Overnight, another round of clouds will push into the Cowboy State from the West. Early tomorrow morning, these clouds will reach central Wyoming before continuing to the East by early afternoon. These clouds will be very light as they move through.
As the snowy system cleared out, smoke was able to squeeze its way back in. Smoke is sticking mostly in the northeastern corner this afternoon and overnight. By tomorrow, most of the smoke will clear back out with help from the new clouds moving in.
Temperatures are continuing to increase as the end of the week gets closer. Today, high temperatures are in the 40s and 50s. There are more 50 degree temperatures in state than 40s. Tonight, temperatures will drop back into the 20s and 30s. Tomorrow’s high temperatures will rise into the 50s and 60s. Some cities may even see temperatures in the lower 70s. We will definitely be back to feeling more like fall and less like winter by this weekend.
