CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Election Day is coming up and the Natrona County Clerk is reminding community members that a new voter ID law was passed in July and people can’t vote without a form of ID.

Tracy Good, the Natrona County Clerk, said people can bring a state-issued ID, Student ID or passport. Good anticipates fewer voters than last year. “Historically, voter turnout for a special election is lower than normal. Since last year was a general election, we won’t have the numbers we did in 2020,” Good said.

Early voting is over Nov. 1 and Election day is Nov. 2.
