CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Dominic Syracuse has spent time working with inmates, children, and nurses through the Cognitive Behavioral Theater, and now he’s offering the public a chance to participate.

October 19th, he’ll host a free workshop, serving as an introduction to his six week course.

“It’s a six week workshop series where we break down the basics of how to manage your stress, how to build your confidence, how to achieve your goals, how to control your emotions so your emotions don’t control you in these high pressure times,” said Syracuse.

While one workshop will occur on the 19th, the course won’t begin until November 1st. Classes will be held each Monday until December 13th.

Food will be included for those who attend the free workshop.

Each class will be hosted at the Blue Federal Credit Union World Headquarters in Cheyenne. It was through his work that Syracuse found the hosting site for his new venture, when he met Marriele Croudo, the Events Director at Blue.

“Marriele got a hold of me a few months back asking to do a workshop, a retreat here at blue for some of the blue employees, and that’s how we met. When it came time to actually have a place for the workshop, I knew that this was the absolute best place.”

The workshop will begin at 7 PM.
