CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The Casper-Natrona County Health Department is hosting two drive-in events in October at the Ford Wyoming Center. These events allow for residents to get their third dose of the Pfizer vaccine. These are planned for October 15th and 30th.

This is open to anyone who received their second dose of the Pfizer shot at least six months ago and are: 65 years and older, age 18+ who live in long-term care settings, age 18+ who have underlying medical conditions, age 18+ who work in high-risk settings (workers in healthcare, emergency support, education, food, delivery, public transit, manufacturing, corrections, grocery stores), and age 18+ who live in high-risk settings (dorms, homeless shelters, correctional facilities).

The event will last from 10-5. If interested in receiving your booster, please enter through Gate one and bring your ID, vaccine card, and insurance information if that’s applicable. There are no appointments necessary. Third doses are not currently available at the health department’s main location. Flu shots are also available at this event.
