Planning Commission holds meeting Monday
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Today was August’s first Planning Commission meeting. The meeting discussed two sub-division plat plans for new housing.
They are being postponed for one month to allow for a temporary construction easement and revisions before reviewing the planning commission.
One is for the Whitney Ranch 4th, for 107 new homes, the other is for the Sweet Grass Development, for 100 housing units.
An agreement between the City of Cheyenne, the Office of Youth Alternatives, and The Laramie County Juvenile Probation Services also voted on probation services and cost. Additionally, a consideration contract was voted on, between the City of Cheyenne and Goat Green, for providing vegetation management.
Planning meetings are open to the public.

The commission meets on the first and third Monday of every month.
