CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - With August just right around the corner, staff at Casper College are working hard to prepare for students to be on campus this fall semester.

“Honestly I think the campus is so quiet in the summer time. It’s really exciting when they all just come back and the buildings are full again and people are walking across campus. It brings a different energy to campus that I think is really exciting and fulfilling that we don’t get to experience during the summer months as much,” said Leanne Loya, the Director of Recruitment and Retention for Casper College.

Casper College will be offering in-person, online, and hybrid classes this upcoming semester. As of now, there is no mask mandate in place. Staff at Casper College are looking forward to seeing students enjoy a year that feels normal again.

If you are interested in still enrolling in classes this fall, perspective students have until August 6th to register.

“We really want to encourage people who have maybe been thinking about college, or a new career path, or even maybe just trying to acquire some new knowledge to broaden their horizons that now really is the time to do that,” said Loya.

Casper College has high hopes for the upcoming school year and says they can’t wait to see everybody back on campus August 23rd.
