Food Bank of Wyoming re-wrapping their semi-trucks
CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -The semi-trucks at Food Bank of Wyoming are being re-branded. The semi-trucks are how food gets to every corner of the state.
The new wraps help protect the trucks from Wyoming elements. All of the trucks will look the same, making them easier to spot when coming through communities.
Over 80,000 Wyomingites are food insecure, so Food Bank of Wyoming hopes the new appearance encourages people to use this service.
“I’m hoping that one it reminds us that there’s somebody in our community, in the next community over, in three counties over who is food insecure and that they can help. They can help with the help of Wyoming organizations,” said Victoria Ziton, the Food Bank of Wyoming Developmental Manager.
The truck head to Cody and Powell late this week.
Ziton encourages people to wave, friendly honk, or smile when you see the truck come by. They love to see friendly faces!
