CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - After a thunderstorm and the ensuing hail suspended Game 1 and postponed Game 2 of yesterday’s doubleheader, Post 6 and Laramie returned to the diamond at Powers Field on Wednesday evening.

The Rangers, leading 9-0 at the resumption of play, won game Game 1 11-2. This snapped the Sixers’ 16-game winning streak.

The two AA Southeast conference foes then played Game 2 and it ended on a much different note. Post 6 won 7-1 on the back of Pitcher Colter McAnelly, who pitched 5.2 perfect innings, before allowing three hits and a run, and struck out 13 batters.
