CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - On Saturday June 5, Spradley Barr Motors hosted a free BBQ, car wash, vehicle appraisal and inspection. Every car that was bought or sold on that day, $100 of the sale was donated to the Boys and Girls Club of Cheyenne. The Cheyenne community did not disappoint, as $1,600 was raised for the Boys and Girls Club.

“It means everything. Most important to the dealership is to be able to give back somewhat to the community that we live and we do business, and we saw this as an opportunity. We were blown away by the publics response,” said Spradley Barr Motors General Manager, Kevin Harris.

Harris said with the success of this event, the community can expect Spradley Barr Motors to do more in the future.

At the Cheyenne Boys & Girls Club, members are given the opportunity to choose from a variety of different summer programs for kids that further this mission.$100 can allow 1 child to join the club for 10 years or could send 10 children to the club for 1 year.”
