CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Court documents say a woman’s recommended charges are with four counts of aggravated assault and property damage after she fired shots near people and at a motor home near Alcova.

Court documents say Cheryl Fisher was responsible for keeping people from trespassing in a trailer park. The documents state that one person in contact with Fisher was stopping at Sloane’s General Store and parked near the trailer park for a moment. Fisher was noticed with a gun in her hand.

Johnathon Ellis, another person who made contact, started yelling at Fisher. Then Fisher felt threatened so she began to approach Ellis with her gun pointed at the ground. The documents say the gun went off because she didn’t have the safety engaged on the revolver. After some interactions with Ellis, Fisher walked 15 feet away from the motorhome then shot at it.

The documents say there was about a two-inch hole and the cost of damage is over $1,000 to fix. In the interview with Fisher, it said she didn’t remember shooting at the motor home.
