CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

The state will have a very pleasant and calm evening ahead with warm temperatures and breezy conditions. Temperatures will be on the warmer side tonight with mostly clear skies. Winds will continue to howl for the central part overnight and into tomorrow.

Tomorrow the state will be dominated by high pressures allowing for temperatures to increase more by tomorrow afternoon. Temperatures will top out in the upper 60s and 70s with mostly sunny skies. Winds will calm down for the central part of Wyoming tomorrow around lunch and shift to the southeastern parts of Wyoming. The UV Index will be at 9.5 tomorrow in Cheyenne while Casper tops out at 8.6. You will want sunblock on if you are going outside and make sure to stay hydrated!

Wednesday the weather pattern will be shifting with another round for strong to severe storms. Temperatures will continue to warm up with the winds picking up as well. The Storm Prediction Center has put parts of the Wyoming and the Panhandle of Nebraska is under a slight risk for Wednesday. This is a level of 2 out of 5. The main threats will be large to very large hail, strong winds, and a few tornadoes. This is still a few days out and will be tweaked over the next 24-48 hours so stay tuned to the forecast!
