New phone numbers announced for Casper area transit system

CASPER, Wyo. (RELEASE) - The City of Casper will begin operating transit services in Casper, Mills, Bar Nunn, Evansville, and areas of Natrona County on May 8, 2021.  The City will continue operating the Fixed Route, which will be called Casper Area Link (the Link, for short), and Dial-A-Ride Service, which will be called ASSIST.

Riders may call the following new phone numbers for service or assistance, beginning at 8 a.m. May 8, 2021:

Fixed Route (Casper Area Link) – 235-8287

Dial-A-Ride Service (ASSIST) – 235-8273

The hours of operation will be 6:30 a.m. – 6:30 p.m. Monday through Friday 7:30 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. on Saturday for Casper and 7 a.m. – 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and no Saturday for Mills and Evansville.  The services areas will remain the same as those being currently served in the Casper area.  Further information is available from Happy Transit at 307-235-8255.
