CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

Snow showers are starting to ramp in Laramie County and the Nebraska Panhandle. This will be the region seeing the most snow tonight and into tomorrow morning. Winter Weather advisories are still in effect until Friday at 6PM. Winter Storm Warnings are in effect for Cheyenne, Wheatland, Torrington, and the panhandle of Nebraska until Friday at 6PM. The snow started a bit later than anticipated which means the snow totals have dropped a bit. Cheyenne can expect 4-6 inches with locally higher amounts of 8″+. Casper will see between 3-4.

By the weekend, temperatures will increase especially on Sunday before another cold front comes through cooling off temperatures with a chance for snow and a wintry mix.
