Holiday weekend ends with beautiful temperatures that carry to the new work week

Dry conditions for another day before cold front switches things up

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - High-pressure system is sitting pretty along with Wyoming as we end the weekend. Temperatures hit record-breaking in Cheyenne and Casper with 75 degrees in both cities and many more around Wyoming. Monday will shape up to be a partly cloudy day that will see more clouds move in throughout the day. Slight chance of rain showers are possible and Dry thunderstorms in isolated areas are possible as well around SE Wyoming. Winds will be light and temperatures will be very spring-esque.

Dry conditions and warm temperatures will remain through much of Monday until Monday evening as the cold front from the far NW of the U.S. moves into the state, bringing in some cooler temepratures and more potentials of mixed precipitation and snow showers through the state. As the cold front sweeps throughout Wyoming, rain showers will turn to mix precip over Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night.
