CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

Tonight temperatures will fall below freezing again for most regions. This will cause more icy roads for Saturday morning. Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for the western part of Wyoming including Yellowstone and Jackson. This region will see up to a foot of snow accumulation which will be great for anyone going to hit the slopes at Jackson Hole or snowmobiling in Yellowstone with the fresh powder! A High Wind Watch is in effect for Elk Mountain and part so Carbon and Albany Counties until Sunday at 12AM. Winds will be picking up over the weekend for this region so make sure to check for an light/high profile vehicles.

Tomorrow warm temperatures will prevail over the state before a cold front comes through bringing cooler temperatures and snow chances. Cheyenne and Casper will top out in the 50s with mostly sunny skies which will help melt more of the snow. Be ware in Natrona County as a flood risk is in place with the above average temperatures helping the snow to melt Saturday. The cold front will bring snow to the western part of Wyoming over night tonight and will push the moisture eastward Saturday evening/night. Some areas will see rain showers before the temperatures drop below freezing. The snow showers will continue to push eastward Sunday with isolated snow showers possible Sunday through Tuesday in Cheyenne. Casper’s snow chances will decrease dramatically Monday just to increase Tuesday. The snow over the weekend
