This system is still days out so the forecasted snow totals will be tweaked; however, the confidence about snowfall amounts is increasing each day. Make sure to be prepared to stay indoors most of the weekend as travel conditions will be close to impossible over the weekend. Power outages will be possible as the snow will be heavy wet snow allows trees and power lines to break.
