CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

Tonight is a full moon called “Full Snow” moon meaning February is the snowiest month of the year. Unfortunately mostly cloudy skies are expected tonight with scattered snow showers so the moon will be hard to see. A cold front will be rolling through tonight and tomorrow bringing cooler temperatures and breezy conditions. High Wind Warnings are in effect for Platte, eastern Albany and Laramie Counties have been cancelled for the night. A High Wind Warning is in effect for Carbon and western Albany County until Saturday at 5am. Winter Weather Advisory is in effect for southern Carbon County until Saturday at 7am. Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for Sheridan, Crook, and Weston Counties until Saturday at 11pm. These will be the areas seeing 6-8 inches of snowfall. Temperatures will be in the 20s and 30s over the weekend for the entire state. Isolated snow showers are possible tomorrow for most of the day. Snow accumulations will not be great only a dusting to an inch for most places.

Sunday temperatures remain cooler but the sun will be out and shining for the state! By Monday temperatures are warming up with 40s and 50s expected throughout the week!
