Chilly Conditions over the Weekend

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

High Wind Warnings are in effect until Friday at 11am for parts of Carbon, Albany, Platte, and Laramie Counties. Winter Storm Warnings for Sierra Madre Mountains and the Snowy Mountains until Saturday at 5pm. Winter Storm Warning is in effect for Sheridan County until Sunday at 5pm. Winter Weather Advisories are in effect for the areas in the purple color including: Jackson and Yellowstone until Friday at 11pm. More snow is expected to come through the state tonight and tomorrow as another cold front is bringing moisture and colder temperatures. Blowing snow will be a concern over the state because of gusty conditions. Most of the moisture will remain in the northern part of the state before exiting into South Dakota and Nebraska late Friday night. A few flurries might be seen in Casper and Cheyenne but accumulation will be light.
