----LOCATED----Amber Alert for 6-year-old Savonne M. Jorgenson
FREMONT COUNTY, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
UPDATE--Child has been located and is “in good health,” according to the Wyoming Amber Alert Facebook page.
A statewide Amber Alert notification was issued this afternoon for a 6-year old girl named Savonne M. Jorgenson. She is described as 3 feet, 5 inches tall, weighing 100 pounds, with brown eyes and black hair. She might be wearing a gray shirt with yellow sleeves and pink tights.
She was last seen in her bed at 11 p.m. on Monday, January 4th at her aunt and uncle’s house on the Wind River Reservation.
The window to her room was found open, and clothes from her room were missing. The Wind River Police department is doing the initial investigation, and can be contacted at (307) 332-6880, and the Wyoming Highway Patrol is also taking information.
“They’re the initial agency that is investigating it. The Wyoming Highway Patrol is over pushing out amber alerts, so that’s the reason why it’s coming up as Wyoming Highway Patrol. Keep your eyes open for this young child,” stated Wyoming Highway Patrol Sergeant Jeremy Beck.
There is no vehicle description at this time. If you have any tips, please call 911 or the Wyoming Highway Patrol at 307-777-4321.
