CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Joshua’s Storehouse and Distribution Center is hosting a new fundraiser and they need the community’s help. They are hoping local artists will donate art for them to auction off.

Kody Allen-Sambrano, the executive director, said they are working on holding the action at a local auction house, but will have it on Facebook if that doesn’t work out.

The proceeds will go to Joshua’s and right back into the community. Allen-Sambrano adds fundraising during the pandemic has been a challenge and he hopes this new fundraiser will be a safe way to raise money for their non-profit.

They are looking for any type of art from local artists; preferably family-friendly. “Any type that you do that you feel comfortable donating and hopefully helping us out in the process and getting your name out there,’' Allen-Sambrano said.

The deadline to donate is Jan. 25 and the auction will be the first week of February.
