CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The man arrested on suspicion of driving between the Herschler buildings at the Wyoming State Capitol grounds is identified as 41 year old, Thomas Kimball Tsun Swei from Cheyenne.

Authorities say the man drove through the grass of the property and parked between the two Herschler buildings. According to authorities, Swei was seen on video setting his vehicle on fire.

On Monday morning the case file became public information. The State of Wyoming Affidavit of Probable Cause, revealed video was obtained by the overnight security at the Capitol Complex.

On January 2nd Swei was taken into custody and charged with Arson in the Third Degree. If he is proven guilty in the court of law, Swei faces up to 5 years in prison.
