High Winds Ruled The Weekend Look To Remain Most of The Week With Winter Weather On The Way
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Strong high winds have kept us up all night this weekend, as they howled through the cities of Southern, Central, and, Eastern Wyoming. High Wind Warning’s have expired in Central Wyoming however, have been reissued in SE Wyoming through Sunday Night. Rest of the night, expect it to be chilly, windy at the start with winds tapering off throughout the late night.
Monday, as winds turn to a more breezy pace in the Central region of Wyoming and Cheyenne. Monday also looks to bring warmer temperatures around the state with more 40 degree temperatures in the forecast for Monday with the added effect of plenty of sunshine.
Monday Night, Winds and clouds look to increase Monday Night. In addition, potential snow looks to start off in the far western region of the state. The system looks to break up in the West with a wintry mix and light snowfall developing in the North trickling down into Central and Eastern Wyoming. for areas with warmer air, there are more potentials of rain/wintry mix coming into early Tuesday afternoon.
