CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
Happy Christmas Eve Eve! Temperatures will slowly start to warm back up overnight and into Thursday. The state will be dominated by two high pressures systems bringing warmer temperatures and windy conditions. High Wind Warnings are in effect for parts of Carbon, Albany, Laramie, and Platte Counties until Friday at 11am. Make sure to check the roads if you are traveling during the holiday because roads could close to light, high profile vehicles in wind prone areas.

Sunny skies will be in full swing through the next several days, perfect weather for outdoor activities. Make sure to enjoy the warmth because it will not last long! Christmas Day is looking to be gorgeous for the entire state with sunny skies and temperatures ranging from the 40s to the 50s.
The next weather maker that could bring some snow with it to the state will sweep through this weekend bringing temperatures back to the 20s and 30s. This system will keep the temperatures steady for several days back to average for this time of year.
