CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Dense Fog Advisory in place for Albany, Laramie and Carbon counties until Friday at 3 a.m.

The snow has began in Cheyenne as the snow system we have been tracking for the last few days has finally arrived in Wyoming. Owl Creek Mts. were the first to see snow on Thursday afternoon. Now, as we are well underway into our nighttime hours. Snow is falling in Cheyenne and is making it’s way to other areas in Wyoming.

Friday, expect it to be cold and to be snowy throughout the day. Higher accumulations will be made in the overnight and morning hours. However, there still will be light snow fall into the early afternoon. Temperatures will not break freezing throughout the state.

Snow will look to stop Friday night, however a second wave from the west will come and sweep through the southern regions of the state bringing in more snow throughout Saturday afternoon and looks to end at the night.
