CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Wyoming State Lawmakers sent a letter to Governor Gordon this week, asking that he instruct the Attorney General to join Texas in a lawsuit.

Senator Bo Biteman (R, SD21) shared the letter on Facebook. Senator Biteman said in the post that Governor Gordon responded to the email within minutes, and that Gov. Gordon has “asked the Attorney General to look into the matter. Stay tuned!”

Wyoming News Now reached out to Senator Biteman via Facebook to see if we can talk to him more about the letter and the concerns of legislators. We’ll keep you updated as we find out more information.

Thank you to all the co-signers of my letter to Governor Gordon today. Hopefully Wyoming will stand with the great state...
