Temperatures Trend Warmer

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -

Make sure to bundle up tonight and in the morning as temperatures will be well below freezing. Don’t forget to bring the pets in from outside as frost bite can happen in minutes, and put the blankets on the horses too! Overnight temperatures will be frigid with wind chills well below 0ºF especially in the west and the higher elevations. Cheyenne bottoms out at 13 degrees, while Casper bottoms out at 9 degrees.

As we inch closer toward the weekend temperatures will gradually start to warm up into the weekend. Temperatures increase into the 50s for some places this weekend with breezy conditions.

The Climate Predication Center has predicated the state will be abnormally warm December 8-14 with precipitation chance elevated and above average for this exact time.
