CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Cases of COVID-19 are rising across the state and all of the cases in the schools aren’t a surprise to Wyoming Superintendent Jillian Balow.

She says they can’t determine if kids in the schools are a reason for the rising cases. However, the schools are doing an amazing job with following state guidelines like mask mandates and getting substitute teachers when needed.

48 school districts created smart star plans back in this summer and are implementing those plans now.
