Cooler Temperatures in Store for our Sunday
Saturday, October, 17
CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) -
A High Winds Watch has been posted for parts of Carbon and Laramie Counties from Sunday afternoon to Monday at noon. A Winter Weather Advisory is in place for the higher elevations until Sunday at 6AM. Counties that are included are listed below. The National Weather Service has predicted the area in the Winter Weather Advisory could see up to a foot of snow over the week which would dramatically help with our drought.

Thanks to a cold front our temperature will be much cooler Sunday. The cold front will be coming from the north making its way southward and bringing some isolated showers. The northern part of the state will have the best chance in seeing precipitation. Some higher elevations will see snow with some accumulations possible. Make sure to buddle up tonight and Sunday morning as temperatures will be very chilly across the state.

Sunday will be a cooler day as temperatures will max out in the upper 40s. As the beginning of the week starts temperatures will begin to increase until Thursday when another cold front will sweep through the state.
