CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The owners of Green Acres Corn Maze always get creative with the shape of it. This year they are honoring first responders and all of their efforts since the outbreak of COVID-19.

Green Acres has more activities to do than getting lost. They have an outdoor petting zoo, cannons that shoot apples and a train ride.

Steven Syverts, a co-owner, said he’s seen success this year even with extra efforts to prevent the spread of COVID-19.

He said they have signs reminding people to social distance, hand sanitizing stations and wider paths in the maze to social distance.

He hopes everyone comes out for a great fall activity.

“People come back year after year. It’s a great family tradition,” Syverts said.

They are hosting field trip groups on weekdays and they are open to the public from 10 a.m. to six p.m. on the weekends.
