Casper, Wyoming (September 2,2020) –Fort Caspar Museum and the National Historic Trails Center are hostingfreemonthly Hands-on History Club programsand have adapted them to be COVID safe. Come dig with us in September!

This month’sHands-on History Club is digging into archaeology online Saturday,September 12that 10:00 a.m.Learn about the tools and techniques archaeologists use to study human behavior from times past. Lessons are targeted for 2nd through 5th graders, but all are welcome to participate.If you would like join us for this virtual class, you must sign up in advance online attinyurl.com/hohclubCasper.

The first 25 local families to sign up before Tuesday, September 8that 5:00 p.m. will receive a free shoebox dig-kit deliveredcontact freeto their homes.Simple directions to create your own box will also be available.Again, online registration isrequired in advance for this free program so we can send you an electronic invitation.
