Hot Temperatures & Wildfire Smoke Linger For The Weekend

CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - The heat and the haze have owned the forecast in Wyoming this weekend. With continued threats of fire weather and dry conditions. Today we saw above average temperatures once again throughout the cowboy state. Tonight, some areas are still looking at warm lows in the mid to lower 60s and cooler temperatures in southern regions of the state. Fire weather warning is in effect for Laramie, Albany, Platte & Carbon counties until 8 p.m. this evening.

Monday, we continue the heat saga that we’ve been experiencing in the cowboy state with the wildfires continuing to spark up, the haze is expected for the next couple of days. Dry & hot conditions will continue bringing about the chances of more fire weather tomorrow afternoon.
