Casper woman injured after being strangled

CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Deputies say a Casper woman was injured after being strangled.

The Natrona County Sheriff’s Office investigations sergeant Taylor Courtney said Garrett McLain was threatening the victim, took car keys and wallet and strangled her multiple times.

Courtney adds the pain during the incident was a level 10 on a scale of one to 10.

McLain’s recommended charges are two felony strangulations, domestic battery and interfering with a 911 call.
