CHEYENNE, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Hot temperatures, almost record-breaking across the cowboy state. Wildfire smoke still lingers in Wyoming’s air. Any sign of relief won’t be seen until towards the end of next week. Tonight once the sun goes down, cooler temperatures will roll in with lows in the mid to upper 50s for Cheyenne & Casper. The haze will still be in the air for tonight.

Sunday, looking to be another hot sunny day. The haze will remain in the air, with breezes on the normal side until dinner time where Cheyenne will see mild gusts. If you have outdoor activities or have errands to run, highly recommend taking care of them before the afternoon. It will not be pleasant in any regard for tomorrow, if you have to be outside take precautions to stay hydrated, and use shade if necessary.
