CASPER, Wyo. (Wyoming News Now) - Fort Caspar Museum has a new exhibit on display.

The museum welcomed the traveling exhibit, “More Pronghorn Than People” Wednesday. It’ll remain at Fort Caspar through Oct. 10. It’s on loan from the American Heritage Center in Laramie.

The exhibit shows old black-and-white photos of pronghorn in Wyoming. The photos are accompanied by stories of the animal’s history in the state.

“It tells the story about pronghorn in Wyoming,” Fort Caspar Museum Director Rick Young said. “We see them all the time but there’s always going to be something a little more to learn.”

The museum is open seven days per week.

Face masks are recommended but not required.
